Stage - Get in Touch
If you know what you want phone,
e-mail or fax your requirement (contact details above), we will then
discuss details with you, make a site survey and then send you a written
quote. (If you give us accurate measurements we can sometimes quote
without visiting the site but the quote is subject to change depending on
the accuracy of information we have received from you.)
If you don't know what you want -
just that you have a glass problem that needs resolving - phone us and we
are sure we can come up with just the right film for your needs.
Second Stage -
You Say "Yes"
We arrange a date for
installation, advising arrival time, number in the installation team and
asking if there are any problems with site access.
Third Stage -
Actual Installation
Our team, with a representative
of our management arrive and liaise with your designated on-site
representative to ensure the film installation can take place without a
hitch. The installation takes place with every care taken not to
disrupt any work going on around the team, plus leaving the area clean and
tidy at the end of each day.
Fourth Stage -
Okay'd for Payment
Once you are satisfied with the
work we will either invoice you (business customers) or ask for payment on
the final day of work (domestic customers) if you are happy with the
install. Any problems will be corrected promptly so that everyone
ends up happy with the work.
Fifth Stage
- you tell all your friends and colleagues what a great job we did
so we get more business (well, it can't help asking and you do want your
friends to receive window film from the best in the business!)
